I support cadre deployment for ALL PARTIES, just ensure they are qualified. If as a party we’re voted in then it’s necessary to deploy people who align with what the ideals that got is voted. You can get someone better qualified but if they aren’t addressing the issues then that’s a failure. If for example you get a finance minister who says the government should save money by cutting costs and then stops grants, lays off civil servants, increases taxes, cuts education and health budgets then that’s a failure. You can be qualified but if you’re working towards the ideas the party was voted under then what value do you bring to the voters if you go against what was voted for
