They look like they're made out of 5-7oz leather themselves. At least that's how I would do it and then take them off at the register so they can be reused.
One thing I wanted to ask how do you make that amount of stock. Thinking back to when you started how much did you have in stock being a single man band did you start off making around 30 products and it just grew from there…?
You need to keep the goods that have been suffering in sales last quarter next to check out, and the cows milk at the back of the store. This is so that way the customer can think about buying other products they didn’t plan on buying before they get to the cows milk. The cows milk is a metaphorical placeholder for goods that have done well historically for example in your case that might be, belts, jeans, shirts etc. Make sure the sales rep promotes the items that haven’t been doing well at check out for the customer whether it be a percentage off, or included in the bigger order. I think you can get creative with that. when the customer comes in, let them take their time, walk around and look at the different products. I have found that a lot of customers feel uncomfortable when I approach them. What’s going on with the background music? I’ve noticed there is no music in the background. Try to find a genre of music that is based off the theme of your store. If you feel uncomfortable or unsure or uncertain about the music that you’ve chosen, you can always play it safe and play the local radio station. I hope I was able to help.

Here’s a fun one for you: in Australia a fanny pack is called a “bum bag”
