I suspect I have a virus and want to reset my PC to remove it. My antivirus SW does not appear to work because my PC is still very slow. I also want to have more confidence that it is removed. Does it make a difference whether I choose "Keep my files" or "Remove everything" Time 1:01? I prefer to keep my files so that I don't have to back all of them up and then upload them back to my PC, but I feel that the virus might be in my own files, too.
I think you should do a full reset. back up your files, if you think the virus is in them, check on another pc. make sure you press change settings on the second pop-up, and press clean drive. after that just follow the video
Hello Thomas, I have just updated to windows 10, version 2004 today. At present in my computer hard drive has 3 NTFS partition and windows 10 is installed on C drive. Suppose if I will go for remove everything then the the new windows installation from cloud will install on C drive or it will delete all the other partition D and E. Please confirm because in other D and E partion I have my data backup.

Yes!
I had my Acer 2020 LALTOP where I had to perform a windows installation from cloud as last attempt to save it.
You can reinstall from cloud and windows will get licensed again as there is a Product key already set up in Motherboard (through Bios) to activate a reinstalled windows.
Now coming to my 2nd asked question,
So it didn't solved my problem because of SSD issue and I needed to replace it.

Aladdin local reinstall will put you back on the version of Windows that you’re currently on. Cloud will automatically put you on the latest version of Windows, which is very helpful so you don’t have to spend ages doing updates after resetting. I recommend cloud.

Krish Kannan If you only have 4gb of ram, your pc will barely even be able to run windows 10. Get more ram.

What are you planning? :D Well depends, in most cases I would "guess" it will still start the reinstallation process.

Cloud download not available in my windows 10
It is only available in Windows 10, version 2004. That version is currently only availabe in the Windows Insider Slow Ring (this is a Windows Preview Program).
