Looks cool but when you set the bottom part as a balcony the may let go and slap you in the head or backSeems risky
Looks neat, but the complexity worries me long term.
No need of the option ventilation which just makes that much more expensive!It's same when you open the outer frame!But for cleaning.. you could get out on the roof or use.. a lot of tools for that!
