did- did he say 'what in the small farmville"??? i love it. also this game does- pretty good with PTSD, the war veteran form of it at least in a symbolic form. always remember folks, PTSD comes in many forms. It can be like being trapped in a loop if one isn't able to get help with the symptoms. Sadly it can also erode at ones ability to function depending on what can trigger them. now on a less serious note- BEETLE MEETING!

Usually horror games have an ending like "Surprise! It was all in your head!", but this game is clear from the start that it's all in your head, but that's exactly the problem, you can't run away from the inside of your own head, which is what makes psychosis such a terrifying thing.

I wonder if the game is supposed to simulate being trapped in your own mind when you have PTSD. A constant loop of remembering, but it gets worse each time. Would be a neat concept.

Okay I know this is not like some good to comment this on because it’s a horror game but.. I’d just like to say
Whenever daz posts it makes my day brighter because he and 2 other youtubers have.. helped me through rough times that I haven’t been able to help myself through, and I’m still currently having to deal with it the now.. and I don’t know how long I can last.. but I love how daz like- even if he just posts he makes me and other peoples days brighter because we feel complete to know.. that the person who saved our life- is still alive and posting to make us all laugh and feel loved..

As someone with PTSD(not from war) it is actually this bad. I get a lot of nightmares of my trauma and my nightmares make it worse than it actually was. It’s honestly so amazing to have a game like this that portrays that PTSD isn’t just flashbacks, it’s flashbacks with a few things tweaked to make it worse. It’s noises and actually feeling like you’re 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.
It also affects other parts of life; people with War PTSD tend to be afraid of loud noises and sirens. I personally have PTSD from sexual harassment and struggle with touching people and others touching me - I tend to clash with people when I tell them not to touch me. I don’t really like affection and consider myself demisexual.
Thank you for playing this. It just helps people like me and other mental disorders - such as schizophrenia - to feel like people are trying to understand us. Please - remember to have patience with people with mental disorders like this.

OK, could you imagine having ptsd like this and living in an actual haunted apartment with a poltergeist? How would you know its real? Would you move or think it's just you? Who knows. But none of us can answer that without being familiar enough about diff forms of it.
It would depend on how your PTSD manifests. Mine just gave me nightmares and terrors and I couldn't even be in the area is happened in for almost a year because I would get panic attacks. Some people see creatures, some don't. It's def individualized.
But yes, I do get what you're saying I just hope my 1st comment gave more insight for people. 🤣
