Great video. Well done for facing your first solo night. Would you ever consider getting small CCTV cameras so when you hear a noise in the night you can turn them on and see what is outside?
No your righr coconut oil is excellent for deep conditioning the hair and scalp but there's a method to it, you layer it on your scalp working it's way through your hair to the bottoms wrap on top of your head leave it on for a minimum of 1 hour i would do 2 hours and then shampoo off that's it at least 3 -4 times maybe more until it's not greasy and without using conditioner either then it will be like silk and also get a good thin bristled brush (like a nit comb maybe bit bigger comb) and just brush as much of the scalp as you can get to too remove the dead skin and stimulate the follicles. Its also a environmental friendly conditoner and its all natural so its very good for lots of things.

I started using it when I went semi holistic in my products and started using natural products even shampoo with none of the harmful ingredients like sodium Sulfate ..Parabens. ..Sodium chloride to name but a few. Also another great method is Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother inside you will smell like a chip shop for 15 minutes then your scalp will be clear your meant to mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and warm water spray or tip over the scalp rub In leave on for 15 minutes in a shower cap and then brush through and then wash it off with shampoo and conditioner and I promise you won't smell of vinegar afterwards the van might though lol but you'll be dandruff free with revived hair . Then do the coconut oil method you'll have gorgeous dandruff free healthy hair 😊

The funny thing, I have been thinking about female solo van life for about 4 days now and not once did I feel scared thinking abut being alone on the road until I have watched a few females that were, or read bad stories, now I am thinking twice.......I wonder how many women get approached like you did. You said he knew you were alone, how did he know that?

Coconut oil is great for your hair and scalp. Aloe Vera is also good!
