I’m so glad we finally have a new 3D platformer, it feels like it’s been so long since we got one of those.
Also, this game is basically a sequel to Astro’s Playroom, I don’t have a PS5, so don’t ask me about it.
I have a ps5 and it was amazing when i got it, so im happy this high quality product will make a return

I'm just hoping that this'll actually make full use of the Dualsense like Astro's Playroom did, because that definitely played a big role in how good Astro's Playroom was.

At first I thought it was kinda goofy or just a bumper ad with the playstation 5 controller turning into a vehicle, by the end the only thing on my mind was MAN if I had a PS5 I would buy this in a heartbeat, it genuinely looks so good

I love astrobot, he was in his own little demo in the psvr playroom, and the full astrobot vr game was also very fun, then the one on the release of the ps5 was a little short (it was a release game, so I'm not surprised) but this one looks like it'll be a longer version of the one on ps5 and will have the same feel of the original astrobot

As far as obvious self-advertising goes, this actually looks pretty damn fun. I’m not one for the more basic platformers like this, but I’d totally watch playthroughs of it.

That was not a hot take, that was the truth. It was the best trailer.
This is literally just Kirby and the Forgotten Land on PS5. Not that that's a bad thing, that game is great, but def just a Kirby game.
You can see how that opinion can make people less likely to make games with cool concepts, right?
Like, when a game is similar to another game....."Oh, it is just an X rip-off".
I know you didn't say that and that you said it wasn't a bad thing, but it is def a mindset that hurts gaming / game creation in general.
@POIUYTREWQ62 from the part where Astro gets bigger with water, to the flight stages, to the tree boss, you can see how it looks exactly like Kirby, right? It wouldn't hurt if devs could be more original.
I'd say there's def some Kirby influence, but it isn't just Kirby in there, there's def some mario as well. :P
Also, I don't think the tree (or the volcano) are bosses, they have blue eyes (and the volcano has a thermometer, so the objective might be to cure the volcano in that stage)
@@slickback1305 you do realise that this is a continuation of the the ps5 tech demo astros playroom, which was a continuation of the psvr game astrobot rescue mission. I'm not sure if the tech demo came out before forgotten land but the psvr one certainly did.

Astro Bot was the only thing that grabbed me. Never could do Monster Hunter - especially since Granblue Fantasy: Relink just _feels_ better to control. And the rest was just dark samurai stuff or Marvel-humor live-service/PVPs. Yuck.
If you do try wilds or Astro what channels will they be on if u play em for content

Watched the state of play. As much I didn't want another multiplayer fps, I'm intrigued by Concord. Excited for Astro bot and silent hill 2 remake (just wish they would make the SH franchise more accessible to play).

I understand as a Monster Hunter fan why you can’t get into it as it a “Monster” of a grind but once you break that barrier it a experience to play your first one which for me was rise but I was always fascinated of the series since 3U
