better as eponine, but sorry her passion for nancy just isnt neuanced enough. Plus she always looks angry when she is singing this and that ISNT how the song is written. Its written as a song of resigned hope. She is supposed to be clinging to the hope that Bill might change if she just hangs on in there. Lea sang this song as if she were playing epononine and it just didnt work. Nancy isnt angry, she's desperate, emotional and clinging to hope and the ONLY thing she has got in the world. I dont hate Lea's voice but she really didnt understand the song she was singing.
Lea may have been singing the song with an entirely different reference - she didn't have to do it as Nancy - and other singers have no doubt interpreted the song in many different ways.
Sorry but I agree with Steve Callum comment on this one. Hindi angkop ang pinakita mong emotion sa lyrics. Hindi ka dapat galit. Mas angkop kapag ang pinakita mong emotion ay desperate but with hope.
"When you are lonely, then you will know,
when someone needs you, you love them so."
I don't think i've ever heard such a lyric so raw and honest.
How I love d songs, d lyrics, d melody, but most of all d singer.. What a voice!! ♥️❤️♥️
This music, her beautiful voice, and the orchestra are making me reflect on my life.
These two songs are from “Oliver”, the play/movie. Lea sings them eloquently and with passion! 🥰👍
truly amazing.....
her voice, that is. and her, too, of course :)
Dynamite! Bravo Lea!!!
I am in love with this woman and have been since I was a small child.
Crying
From Oliver
But overall, I like it. You are still Disney Princess by far

Not everyone interprets it the same way. That’s the beauty of art.

@@markmc23 I understand what you’re saying. It needs to be more nuanced.
