Chicken mince mixed with chopped onions and selected masala shaped onto skewers and grilled to perfection - a chicken seekh kebab makes a perfect starter of every occasion. Made with chicken mince it doesn’t take too long to cook. Serve this moist and flavourful chicken seekh kebab with mint chutney.

Ingredients
Boneless Chicken cubes - 500 gms
Coriander and Mint leaves - 50 gms
Green chilies - 5
Fried onion - 1 tablespoon.
Finely chopped onions - 2 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspoon
Roasted Gram powder/Bhune chana ka aata - 2 tbspoon
Egg - 1
Butter - 2 tbspoon
Finely chopped mint & coriander leaves
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

I frequently make this type of kababs but without egg and to make them fast ( bcoz no-one helps me to cook) I pat chicken meat in my left palm in circular shape, so chicken kababs which I make are round but thin.
