The big honoree of the night was Fire Inspector Robert Smith, who received The Fire Chief Award. Other award winners included Nicholas Jones, Meritorious Service Award; Casey Stanberry, Officer of the Year; William Jones, Firefighter of the Year; William Vinyard, Paramedic of the Year; and Denis Daza, EMT of the Year.
Those who received their promotional pinning were Daniel Cooks, Division Chief of EMS; Willie Haugabrook, Battalion Chief; Matthew Longest, Lieutenant; and Camilyn Elison, Lieutenant.
New firefighters who received their pins include Hannah Jones, Andrew Oldfield, David Ramirez and Kyle VanHouten. Joseph Neal received his paramedic pin.
