I fold my chip bags afterwards just like that into a square too! I learned it once form a friend in middle school and now I’m so used to how easy it makes to throw it in the trash. Those square folds is how we used to fold letters in middle school to pass as notes in the 2000s 💜

She has what I have! Hyperhidrosis is the condition of excessive sweating, usually in the palms and/or soles of feet!
The bad news is that no great permanent/easy fix or cure exists :(
There is a cool treatment that I’ve been trying: it’s an iontophoresis machine that delivers a mild electric current to basically “zap” your sweat glands in your hands! It does work, but it’s not permanent so you have to upkeep the treatment by doing it once a week or so.
Anyways, the important thing is that you’re not alone, you’re not weird, you’re not gross! There’s a whole community of us! And while our lives are many times awkward and needlessly difficult because of this disorder, you CAN come to a place of acceptance. And there exist people out there who can accept you :)

We have Tangy Cheese (which I think is pretty similar). American food standards aren’t as strict as the UK so I’m guessing there’s more chemicals/flavourings in the Nacho Cheese ones 😂
