    You can’t cure this
    You’re fine now because some people grow out of it naturally.. but not everyone is like this
    Also social anxiety is on a spectrum… some people have it way worst then others

      Exactly, I have had many people tell me they also had social anxiety, but they were still able to socially function, have friends and relationships. My social anxiety was so bad, I couldn’t socially function, I couldn’t have relationships. I’m am 26 and have never been in a relationship, and it had caused me to be suicidal at times, I have just repressed it for now but it manifests as anger and hate. I don’t like it when people try to relate when they can’t. It is like someone who missed lunch trying to relate to a starving kid in Africa.
