Theory : T.S.P stands for The Sibling Pigs, as in Penny and George Pig.
Think about it.
Since Penny went oof, George wrote the notes.
T.S.P notes are only in the maps where a George has been.
City - he went to look for grandma
Mall - he hid because everybody looked scary.
There are T.S.P notes in both places.

Edit: i see ya'll are arguing about the notes on outpost and carnival, and yes, I think George wrote them.
Carnival - Perhaps he went looking for Mr.P and confront him, until he discovered the infected was there. That explains the note saying, "for those looking for safety, this is the worst place to look". And the note near Foxy's cage, maybe George attempted to ask Foxy where Mr.P was, but he soon found out that he was also infected.
Outpost- George was in the outpost. Maybe he was waiting for us to complete the map and open the gate to reveal himself.

In Mall I ending cutscene, Pony says the stuff about the helicopter signal. Since George knows that the player needs to see Mr.P, (player says so, they say "Mr P. . . . I need to go see him." ) George decides to follow us to see Mr.P.
also the note in chapter 10 , the one that says, "DON'T TRUST THE SI" could mean "DON'T TRUST THE SIBLINGS" .

so I was thinking and the attack at the begging of house cutscene, where you get attacked by a pig was actually George.
I believe Penny and George were tag teaming .
George pretended to go "missing" .
George attacks the player (it's George because if it were Penny we would be infected) .
George runs away and leaves Penny is the house to deal with the player.
Perhaps this was part of their "plan" (T.S.P claimed they had a plan in a note in mall)
btw I have no idea what the note in carnival that says "Doggy and Foxy got what was coming for them" meant so yea I'm not gonna explain that until I figure it out.

We don't know if Torcher is infected or not, I'm guessing he isn't. Or is he? 🤔
Theory 2/some story to Torcher: Torcher was called to kill the infected at a nearby outpost, He went there but he got scratched. The player, Zizzy and Pony arrive and they normally think Torcher is infected because he kills you in this map.
Theory 3: Torcher is always running after the player to warn them but when he gets close, the infected side of him kills the player, Torcher screams? Yeah he does, He could be screaming at the player to run before its too late.
I hope yall like this theory, I wonder if it's true! MINITOON WE NEED ANSWERS!

Ok, Kreekcraft, I wanna point something out. In your video for discovering Memory's identity, you stated it couldn't be Chloe Pig, because she was 9 years old and Memory is obviously older. But in this video, you say that it takes place in the future (which I agree) which is how Edmund is Torcher. If we go by that logic, Chloe Pig would be an adult (seeing as Peppa/Penny is 4 in the show) and would most definitely be able to be Memory.
Edit: Edmund and George are around the same age (2-3 y.o) in the show, so at best Edmund would be 12-13 (if Minitoon wanted to make him slightly older). Which means Edmund would have to be SERIOUSLY skilled to be able to wield a flamethrower at the age of 13 (max). I'm unsure what Torcher's identity is, so if you're correct, I'll shut up lol. But as of now it doesn't seem to likely.
So, in conclusion, Edmund doesn't seem like he could be Torcher. You never know, though.

Shiny Sweets I’m not really good at coming up with piggy theories but I think torcher is just a piggy character. I also think memory piggy is also just a piggy character. They may have a story or a true identity but to me I think they’re just characters that make the story better.

Theory: So when the piggy infection started elly’s mom was scared so she made her youngest son use a torcher mask and when they arrived to the outpost they infection was worse so the solider piggy was infected so she used the flamethrower to attack them but it didn’t work so the mom elephant ran away without the youngest son and left him so he got infected with the mask on with the flame thrower I think that’s how torcher was made

theory: I think it was daddy elephant bc when elly is infected she attacked her family but daddy elephant lost the trunk from elly weapon.
since he is a doc, he is the very few what is going on so he dedicated to save people lives in another way from his last days being normal, so he got a call from unknown who has sent him tow work at the outpost and when he arrives the attack has finally activated and he’s now stuck at the outpost.

I know this video was made 2020 but now we know what he is. He isn't an elephant. This thing is only sticking out because it's gasmask and torcher is a pig! I have proofs too! TenliouslyFle works for Piggy and he did a Piggy game called the Piggy battle. There can you play as every skin but you can also play as unmasked torcher and there you see he's a pig. When you get attacked as him from infected you get infected too and then he has his gasmask on. I hope I explained it good!
