Theory: Some pupils might stand for their emotion when getting infected. Red meant they were angry, blue meant they were sad, green would probably be happy. I don’t really know about green being happy, but maybe they got infected without knowing. Like for example Clowny might have gotten infected during like a performance. I really don’t know. This is just a theory.

My Theory: The Poly Police Officer skin was trapped in the vault, that is why the skin has a blue pubble. This is just a theory so i cant confirm it yet.

Now you might be wondering "Why does Zizzy have red eyes?" well she was a fighter and that reveals why she has a fencing sword-
And that's why she went on a rampage killing the soldiers
And Pony? It's a long story he has white eyes because he was a kind character so was Zizzy but Pony had to use a wooden sword because he is new to fighting those are my theories pls tell me if I missed anything
Edit: Oh and he chose the wooden sword because he didn't wanna hurt the people that were infected, he knew that they were there he didn't wanna give up on them so he used the wooden sword.

Here is an update the reason Zizzy might have red eyes is because red also symbolizes Positive: Passion, Love (Oooh ;)) Warmth, Energy, Excitement, Strength, Simulation, Physical, Courage,
Negative: Increased respiration Anger Death Danger Blood. That is what red symbolizes I think she is in the "Positive" section.
The red eyes all have these things in common:
They all have blush on their faces
They all have noses that bulge out of their faces
MOST of them have weapons with metal on them, excluding piggy and sheepy.
Again excluding piggy and sheepy, they all have legs.
Excluding Beary, they all have pink noses.

Red: A very kind hearted person
Orange: Has done some bad deeds but not necessarily evil
Yellow: Well minitoon said that one
Green: Helped made the "cure" in some way shape or form
Blue: Was trapped and sad before they got infected
Purple: Disabled in some way
White: A very calm nice person
Red and White: Knew TSP in some way

Theory: The pink/purple pupil means you think of other people first, are free spirit, and bump into conclusions easily, so this explains grandmother because she cares about people first, then she cares about her and she was thinking about someone and got easily distracted and got infected, as for mousy, (because mimi is not infected and we don't know a lot of mimi's backstory) she doesn't really think about herself that's why she broke her legs and it's hard for her to walk and got infected easily. The red pupil probably means that you are responsible and care about yourself and run into things a lot, that explains beary becuase he got attacked and he didn't know for example: If beary was going down the stairs and he saw an infected he wouldn't really care, and think they have contacts are something, but then when it started attacking beary he knew that this wasn't a normal person and tried to run, but he got attacked way to soon and couldn't do anything, we don't know a lot about daisy or who she is what her backstory is, but i think she is just a responsible person and got infected by gettting attacked like beary, you get the idea, pretty much characters in piggy that has red pupils are responsible, but since beary didn't know a lot of this infection piggy thing, he thought differently, plus zizzy knew about it and is not as clumsy as beary. Penny has the cure that blue potion wasn't the substance green badgy had it all of him but that can't have been the cure right there's where you would be wrong penny didn't infect herself without a plan if it back fired the blue potion from the trailer was the won given to George it allows you to turn infected but also stay normal that's why penny didn't have red eyes when her parents took the potion but she didn't but the potion Mr Paul gave them was blue penny's plan backfire quickly she infected everyone there even the doctor beary while Mr p got out safely everyone was turning and Penny gave the potion to Sheepy and the others with the red eyes

Polly was attacked and stuck in the vent alarm system in the mall to hide out from robby. He got attacked and was probably rlly upset not knowing what was gonna happen next, that's why we get the Polly skin when we get inside the system without dying.
Same for foxy,
Clowny got attacked and knew he was gonna transform into a piggy soon, he forced foxy to go inside the cage to keep him safe, foxy probably got attacked or drank the potion, leading him to a piggy, but before that he was upset cause he was locked up not knowing why.

red: caring about their family (zizzy, daisy, penny, willow, bobby theres a note inside ship)
orange: tied to the insolence (confirmed)
yellow: helped the community (confirmed)
green: independent (confirmed)
blue: abandoned (foxy and poley)
purple: disabled (mousy grandma and mimi)
white: sacrificed (bunny & giraffy, he sacrificed to get shot)
black: died? but still infected.

I think red is kind of, like, a rescue able type of infection, because if you look at the trailer for book 2, it shows penny pig, the shadow demon. . . thing. but then, she laughs. If you are fully infected you can't laugh or talk. For zizzy, she did attack bunny, I believe, maybe someone else, as an infected, but regained consciousness in chapter 10. We do not really know how LONG sheepy has been infected, so this might not really work for sheepy, but then we have daisy, in which I do not know their story, then we have beary. I do not really know when he was infected and how, so I can't prove it on beary's side.
Pandy actually has a T.S.P skin within book 2 and can be bought.
