      @@RedBranchBushcraft It’s really nice. I have gotten to set it up once, but I have been pretty strapped for time. Got it packed and ready. Just need to catch up on a couple things.

    That many options, are you still there playing with it? they have got expensive, but they do look like nice kit, it is surprising that the good ideas have not filtered into the US / Euro tarps.

    • @RedBranchBushcraft
      @RedBranchBushcraft  7 місяців тому

      Yes agreed, I wonder in the long run if they are good ideas ? Especially the ridge line , it was hard to get tension on it

    • @neilwhite8131
      @neilwhite8131 7 місяців тому +1

      @@RedBranchBushcraft Maybe they should have carried out the tape on the ridge to give a good tension on the ridge. with a double D ring. But I suppose that adds weight. Bruno does love to bring you a stick.

    Not a fan. It seems to be over complicating something that should be simple. And what do you do when a part of it fails. Not a fan of having flappy bits, prefer my tarps to be taught along the edges

    • @RedBranchBushcraft
      @RedBranchBushcraft  7 місяців тому +1

      It seems to work so far , I wonder why their floppy, camo ?

      Floppy to cover the join between two shelters?

    • @kenmorrison1725
      @kenmorrison1725 7 місяців тому +1

      @@stevemcdermott6199 yeah I get that, but when there is only one, if the wind and rain come in then the floppy bit will just be flicking drops further than if you had the edge taught

      How is it gonna fail. The material it thick and strong as hell.so strong in fact it doubles as a litter for a wounded

    you're still exposed to the ground with this shelter system, and no wind protection. the USGI ICS is a lot better.

    I have to watch twice, cause you f*^*ing crack me up!
    You gotta do some homework with this man. Looks like two or more can be put together, but also looks like can maybe drop it down and close the ends to make a pup tent -like shelter?
    FYI. FREE SOLDER make some awesome tarps with multiple tie offs. Really inexpensive for large stuff.
    Appreciate. Like to see you do more with this on video maaan. 🫵😆
