Dying my Hair Purple Using Pravana Vivids Violet (Bleaching Dark Hair and Preserving Length)

In this video I will be taking you along with me on an appointment to get my hair dyed purple! Today I will be showing you how my stylist bleaches my dark roots so we can get one consistent purple color. This was filmed during 2020 so we are both wearing masks and are in her private room at her salon. When dying and lightening my hair it is really important to me to maintain the health and length of my hair because my hair can be very dry and brittle. You're hair won't get damaged if u run it all the way through ur ends because it's a Semi permanent dye n there's no peroxide. It came out really Nice! 🤗 I usually use Arctic Fox Purple Rain but been pondering using this shade! 💜👍👌

Did you mix conditioner into the color? or did u use it straight out of the tube?

Did you have to use purple shampoo after to maintain it or how do you maintain the bottom from fading

I usually use colored conditioners like products from overtone or joico to touch up the ends/ my bangs as the color starts to fade but I do think it helps that bc my hair is so curly/ dry, I only really wash it a couple times a week.
