For the trickier content aware fill situations in PS, one of the options in the Adobe Max presentation was to use another photo from the same area as a reference photo and have it pull the content from there. The example involved an intricate corner of a pagoda and replacing a light post that was in front of it

Nice. The number of tools PS provides to clone/heal/remove is impressive and little tricks like this can really make a big difference and save time!
