Taipei First Girls / Rose Parade 2023

These young ladies are exemplary representatives of what a combined marching band, color and honor guard teams represent. They are also exceptional ambassadors of Taiwan 🇹🇼. These performers were generous supporters of Kyoto Tachibana SHS when they performed in Taipei on National Ten-Ten day. Such a display of generosity and true professionalism. They have my support and admiration.

Tachibana people seriously record them the whole 2 hours!!!! That’s what I want to see here!!!🤣

@@TheLocoUnion Yes, I've watched some of those KT videos. What the video creators do is take bits and pieces from various short videos and compile them chronologically into one longer video so what needs to happen after today is people need to post their short videos along the route. It won't work if only a handful of people post.

@@spang9782 ahhhhh I see! Also if I recall… Tachibana had their own filmographer follow them on ground level. I know that the first girls do this because if film footage of their Taipei parades. @@TheLocoUnion Yes, KT had a staff member videotape the entire route. What's good about the random spectator videos is that they often have comments you can hear like, "Wow! That's AMAZING!"

I am so happy for these women! What a show! Hope to see much more footage of them at the parade! I’d also love to see footage of them arriving at the airport and hotel etc! (Tachibana style)

I hope to we see more of people’s videos taken on the day please.
Once again this are young high school students and even more importantly, they are all girls, similar to the great Tachibana from Japan, who have become friends with the girls from Taiwan, when they performed at the Taiwanese National day celebrations.
Taipei Girls Senior High School drill is extremely professional and can match many of military skills.
I am so so pleased they were asked to appear in the Rose Parade.

5 miles ….. they already practiced with boots on back in Taiwan …. They marched around in circles for 9 kilometers (5 miles)

Very nice. But when I look at the buildings in the background my mind wanders back to the times when Kyoto Tachibana SHS band played and danced on these same streets.
