i love how takumi just throws the water cup in the intro lmao
I felt it's great thing to include! I tried to make water spill out of cup but simulation was constant pain in butt :(

well that makes sense, because takumi hates driving so he threw the cup is a genius thing to do by the animator

Well, models are from Initial D Arcade Stage and they are this polygon count only
I love how you have added scene,where takumi takes tofu from the boot and gives it to hotel worker.Such attention to details,which werent shown in initial d.
I love adding those bits. I have characters and I can do whatever I want with them so why limit myself to what was shown in show?
Imagine running a restaurant or hotel and some middle schooler just shows up with your tofu at 5 am
@youraveragegamer8832 Yea I thought I was the only one who is very concerned about that.Like imagine some 10 Yr old car shows up with a delivery sticker on the driver's side and then you see a damn boy behind the wheel, imagine the reaction of hotel employee

This was awesome.
I like the little intro you did to provide context.
In the 1st Legend movie they replaced the key scene with a filled watercup which to me felt an unnecessary change.
For that reason seeing Takumi throw the cup out the start made me laugh hard. xD
Thank you!! I thought this would be sad to have fully rigged 3D characters and show them only sitting on their three letters all the time :) Also we never saw too much of morning delivery.
legend and first stage is in a diffrent universe basically though
@@bokexd3173 From what I've read the Legends movies are meant to be more close adaptations to the manga. I haven't got around reading the manga so I don't know how true that statement is.

For most recreations i have watched about this one, i find this very different.. in which what i like because it has an original intro, which we dont see in the series, there's also new camera shots, there are many compliments i want but I can't and all i could say this is a masterpiece... You're underrated and deserves more support

Pretty pretty good, you have so many things to improve like the sound aspects or some movements, but despite of that, it was good.

Nice rendering! (I think the bloom/glow effect is a little too much at times but might be a matter of taste. Also, the wheels glowing red when braking looks a little weird as it currently is) Anyhow, would love to see more stuff like this! :D

@@mr_mckay4573 @JMC I didn't use much of tutorials. I wanted straight animate cars so I was looking for every subject I needed a tutorial: how to import something to Blender/how to do this and that. For car animation I used this serie: ua-cam.com/video/D3XQxA_-TzY/v-deo.html

*blushes* I only found graphics with 4 boost but from what I found online FDs typically had about 2.5 of boost. Unless I am totally wrong.
Did u get the characters from gmod? If yes how did u imported them to blender? Thx for answering
Yeah. There's some addon for it but I don't remember it's name. And now I don't use Gmod models anymore since I import them directly from the games. They still need some fixes and adding facial animations to make then usable in 3D animation!

Cool animation, alot of effort. But what he hell is he doing with the shifter at 3:32? Going from 2 to neutral to 1st or from 4th to neutral to 1st or 4th to neutral to 3rd. Idk that sequence was a bit weird to me
The only thing that may be wrong with it is only not enough difference between gears I guess. He went from 4th to nutral and then to 3rd while doing "double clutch". Check out his left leg! Probably I cutted a little out of the part when Takumi was in 4th gear because of animation timing etc.

You mean Arcade Stage? You can emulate it with TeknoParrot. And this animation was created in Blender which is not a game.

Well, i started this animation over a year ago and because of my initial skill lack it doesn't look the best. I believe there's an improvement on my AE85 Impromptu Battle. Anyway, CE9A vs AE86 I'm currently making will be way better!
