I would love to do this job how do I start or where do I look to sign up or apply?? Does it require schooling or do you have to be certified?
theres many schools around the country that specialize for it. I personally went to a trade school to become an electrician and after my program i was applying to jobs and the opportunity came up to work as a wind turbine tech. i fly out in a few days to start my training next week.

You don’t need any kind of schooling, you’ll start off doing maintenances, if you can turn a wrench, clean or add grease you’ll be ok. you start by applying with contractor companies get the experience you need to then apply with companies that build them or with the owner operator companies
