In reality there is nothing called Success or Failure..There are only results or events in our lives...It is purely your own interpretation...It is nothing but the meaning which we attach ourselves to the events that are happening in our lives...
basically, what he's saying is that destiny is a lack of understanding of our world and of our actions on our world.
Anything which is forced into the finite boundaries of the mind is going to be an interpretation.
I don't agree with the comment that there is no destiny/fate, because our life is embedded by other external entities and their actions which at times we may have had nothing to do with or may not have an idea why the entity had acted in such manner. (for example: a pedestrian is severely injured in an accident by a careless driver, the pedestrian didn't know the driver nor had any relativity with the incident).

accidents happens, but it's still not destiny - its the result of the karma (actions) of that driver that killed the pedestrian, not any foretold destiny by god.
@kumoja I don't see anything like as persons we don't exist. So, u preferring not to agree with him is confusing. At least, I did not see anything like that in this video. Can you throw some light please? Curious

i want to ask to guru ji one question ----------------------god is great or guru . i feel realy guru ji was talking to person just they were not evan human being .it was not their suside they were killed .
