    It's a humble request to the editor team, not to use background music/noise. I am not here to listen to the background music, I am here to immerse myself in Sadhguru's voice.
    I hope my message will go into the thick heads of new content editor team.

    Pain is a sensation, a communication from the body's experience. Suffering is the mind interpreting pain as unwanted or to be avoided. In my dance with cancer i have learned to enter into the sensation of pain and experience it without prejudice. It causes me no fear or desire to avoid.
    Mental pain is something i am still working with. The suffering of others is hard to witness.

    Pain is a sensation of extreme discomfort because of what we experience such as physical pain and emotional pain . For me I experience the most severe pain when I delivered my 2 babies except for the Third one. I experienced severe physical pain when I have 2 major surgeries but these pains could be relieved by pain medications .Emotional pain I experienced when I lost my mom when I was 4 and when my dad abandoned me when I was 5 . Then I experienced another emotional pain because of 2 failed relationship. This kind of pain can be healed gradually because the degree of pain decreased when you grieve it properly . First you cry that they were gone . Sometimes the best catharsis is crying and you question why it happened then later on you accept that they are not coming back and you move on and heal. Just like losing somebody that you love you grieve you cry you question then to the point of acceptance and give them forgiveness and then you heal. Experience of physical and emotional pain will make you stronger .and teach you lesson . In term of physical pain due to illnesses you learn how to take care of your body and physical health . In terms of emotional pain sometimes we learn how to be wiser in choosing who we give our love away . The cause of physical pain can heal faster but sometimes emotional pain can last longer if you do not know how handle it and heal it .some people are lucky especially men that they do not give birth and throughout their life they are physically healthy and they are lucky that they meet a loving person that they stay with like a wife till death do they part . And maybe for women who stay happily single healthy and not having to deal with having a problem husband.

    I wish you were more broader in your perspective of pain. When one is dealing with abused as an infant and child, simply bushing off or letting go is that simple. While not want to be imprisoned by the memory, in the cell memory or memory of the fascia does not just erase as you so easily put it. Please develop more compassion Sadhguru. 🙏

    And where in the world is this user manual he’s talking about?!!

  • @NondualityChannel
    @NondualityChannel 11 місяців тому +2

    No...nor should one want to live without pain. Pain is a necessary thing for the body. Pain comes from the nerves to indicate damage. If you couldn't feel pain, like people with some diabetics or lepers...then what happens? You get a cut or something and you don't feel it. It goes unnoticed and gets infected and turns gangrenous. Then amputations are required to keep the person alive.
    It is possible to live without suffering...that mentally made-up hurting that is self-created and self-inflicted. Suffering is not needed.
