Does God Cause Evil For Good?

Does God cause evil or harm in your life in order to bring about a "greater good?"
NO!
Genesis 50:20 says
But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.
Romans 3:8 says
Why not say-as some slanderously claim that we say-“Let us do evil that good may result”? Their condemnation is just!
