It’s weird how for 1A you can see how most of them could of been villains.
Deku Bulllying, Katsuki evolution of a bully and maybe an explosion gone wrong, Shoto Endeavour being worse, Uraraka violent debt collectors, Mina acid gone wrong, Momo parental tax evasion or power going to her head, Aoyama narcissism overload, Kirishima depression going deeper, Tokoyami dark shadow influence, Koji poachers or animal cruelty, Sato addiction or his quirk backlash affects his mental state permanently, Toru invisible isolation, Denki same as Sato, Tenya Stain incident but successful at killing him after Native dies and no Deku team up, Mineta must I say anything?

But your right it was a big possibility that Deku would be a villain actually it was a bigger chance then being a hero! But it’s katsuki’s fault and I think deku would be able to convince the others to join him it would be easy for him since he’s good at hiding his feelings and helping others.
And he has his note books that have all the information he needs on the hero’s he even writes ways to kill the hero in his notes about them in case they go villain....

It's probably because with the look he has already, it could be easy to assume he might potentially be a villain. He doesn't really look as friendly as the other heroes.

Personality of each villain student
Deku: cold, distant, cruel and calculated. Loves to figure out his opponents weaknesses and using them cruelly against the heroes.
Uravity: insane, sadistic, and for a lack of a better term comedic. She loves to watch her victims fly straight into the sky and suddenly drop down the the floor with a loud “splat”
Ingenium: broken and madden. A broken man trying to piece himself together with two left hands
Lord explosion murder(or cataclysm): absolutely insane, never stops laughing and surprisingly he’ll kill you quickly. Loves his power and will willingly but heads with others just to prove he is the best.
Todoroki: never kills, never speaks and never shows emotion. He is a sociopath, he takes his time hunting you down. Does he do it for kicks or is trying to find something
What would happen if like the heros and villans switched places I think itd be cool
So Instead of calling Villian All Might "Symbol of Evil" I thought that what sounded a bit better was "Symbol of Suffering" or "Symbol of War" and you can turn his quirk "All for One" to "One for All" which was originally was All for One's quirk. And poor Villian Bakugou still looks that same...They could have done so much better on his design..

I’m doing cosplay research,I need to get ideas of how to turn Aizawa into a villain.
how about a straightjacket with a chain whip hidden in one of the oversized sleeves? maybe have a metal piece to hold the eyelids open like the doctor from Dead by daylight. to give the idea he broke during his time in solitary. Aizawa has mentioned that he gets dry eye with using his quirk so keeping his eyes open would be like cruel and unusual punishment plus kept his quirk at bay.
Legit Izuku, Ochako, Shouto, Tenya, and All Might are the best suited for the mob boss look. Tenya especially.

The only chance we get is filler. Either than that, no, the manga has nothing that will relate to a villain with a Quirk that allows them to change the personality of someone to an evil type.

I see this in my head.
Deku is the son of the symbol of evil which is all might and 2 most dangerous villain inko. Deku grew up in an unstable home. at the age of 5 he started to kill people then his parents realized he was not sane so they had to lock him in his room until he calmed down but he was never calm he would say “ I want to kill “ or “ let me out so i can kill” . When his family moved to their lair . Where class 1-a was staying they would have to ask inko or all might to let him out so they calm him when he’s out so there was a dangerous mission that ochoko ,asui and kirishima had to go on they asked all might if they could let deku out so he can kill some people in that hero lair * they kill innocent people and heroes * all might said yes but you have to tie him up in a rope. When the group got there and let deku out. Deku started to go on a rampage and killed everyone before the group went inside so the group tied him up again and they went to there lair and put deku in his cage and deku had took a nap cause he was exhausted from the rampage he had.
I’m leaving the story there I’ll make the story on my tic tok

Because thinking about it I feel like if Deku were to truly become evil and power-hungry he'd be able to kill everyone or rule them by fear, he'd be the true face of evil.
Also I now have several questions about this world one of which is does Todoroki look up to his dad now? Given the way that this world is I think it would make sense the crueler you were to your kids the faster you break them they start looking up to you and Desiring to kill you more and more causing them to get better and better till they finally surpass You by killing you.
