very good point on just buying buying buying buying. I am definitely guilty of that. Before you know it, you look around and say " what the hell happened? "
That's it Chris, it's hard not too isn't it! I'm missing a boot sale this morning less than 10 minutes from my door, but have to get these bits sorted!
I'm quite strict with myself, things that get bought get listed the same day, unless I've got 2 days worth and I know I'm not going to source the day after. I can't let stuff build up..would do my head in.
Definitely the best way to operate 👏🏻, I do get in that swing at times. A few heavy boot sale hauls and packaging days to tackle and it starts to pile 😬
it looks like you have too much stock, when you have stuff thats not listed ! would you open a shop and keep stuff in a shed out back ? and pay someone in the family to sell at the car boot your time is needed sorting the good stuff
I think there's a lot in that method in recent times, my listing process has barely changed in so many years, except for using turbo lister back in the day if you know what that is haha?!
Yeah I know lots of people use them, I much prefer category grouping. I managed a business and warehouse with 14,000 SKU's for 10 years, this amount of stock seems like nothing in reality 😂

As technsports saya: "Where's the money!"
@@DiaryOfAResellerMarks Tey was good too!
Enjoyed the video - lots of stock to get out the door 😊 Cheers Sue
Thank you Susan, appreciate you tuning in 😁🙌🏻
Good work on the buying ban, sometimes it’s great to hunker down, thanks for sharing
Got to be done sometimes hasn't it! Thanks for watching 😁🙌🏻
Dead money everywhere. Until you list you can't recoup your funds. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely Gail, can't sell what isn't listed! 😁🙌🏻
Great video. Your storage unit looks like my reseller house - I'm ashamed! Best wishes, Roger.
😂 We have a strict rule that no stock enters the house so that's one positive at least!

This is growth though… it’s all organised. You grow. You re-organise. You grow. It’s a mess. You re-organise. You grow… you’re doing great 👍🏽
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻
Great vid always enjoy them thank you 👍🏻
What stuff are you taking to the carboot? Why not sell it on ebay?
Mostly lower value, older stock that hasn't sold when auctioned off, effectively bad buys!

Your buying way more than you need to and that's a common mistake sellers make mate you can't sell it if not listed
There's a combination of reasons why I've got a lot of overstock at the moment, it's not normally like this, this week will get me back on top 👍🏻
Do you ever sell on whatnot?
I don't...... It's been a consideration, but not one I've taken the plunge on just yet
I ONLY use my phone to list. 😊

@@DiaryOfAReseller I'm not sure I do. Lol
You need to sort a proper sku system
