Assalamu alaikum and Hi friends...hope you all are doing good??today also came with an interesting video called"my simple Eid vlog 2022"as a Srilankan,we are suffering many struggles in this crisis....however alhamdhulillah still eating well but not all like that some people in town areas are facing many struggles to get fuel,food,electricity,water etc....including all basic needs....Please everyone include Srilankans in their duas and prayers...because we have no one to protect instead god....
I made some pre preparation for Eid festival day..I uploaded a video called 'my Eid pre preparations' you can check the video link below if you are interested..I made a simple rice and curry lunch for this Eid day because it was not interest to make biriyani this time...so made some malay achcharu or pickle and maldive fish sambol or masi sambole day before Eid....so only made a fried brinjal curry,a simple fried chicken and a dal curry without adding coconut milk.....with a piece of pine apple too...

Thanks a lot ma...never use an electrical beater after adding dry ingredients like flour...use a spatula instead and mix slowly...never open the oven atleast before 15 min while baking...inshaallah try the recipe and let me know...

Eid celebration in my country is as usual....there is no serious crisis here....Alhamdhulillah...but lately the prices are goingup bkos as u know the war in ukraine.....wheat ban from india...but oil price is going up a little...we are a oil exporting nation...i pray your country will overcome the crisis soon...InsyaAllah...hapy eid celebration to you and family
