I just discovered your channel last night, scrolling through organ music sites. This is one of my favorite hymns. I actually like the coronation tune over the diadem tune, myself. This organ is an amazing instrument, what a magnificent sound! I watched the demonstration video, as well. It’s interesting to see how this organ works, and is cared for by those that appreciate such a treasure. Thank you for sharing it with us!
Just what I needed to hear before going to mass Craig. I feel like Christopher Walken when he says more cowbell 😂”we need more Chamades” 🎺 such a great hymn you rock Craig.
The Trompette-en-Chamade is over the front doorway, 170 feet from the console. Recently, the wind pressure was lowered to about 8", allowing full chords to be played on the stop without being unpleasant.
@@kupferdulzian16 wow that is good. Can imagine on original pressure chords would have been daunting. Trompette sounds magnificent in its present form.
I attended Crystal Cathedral services as often as I could - sometimes after playing Sunday services as another church. Mr. Swann is most definitely an inspiration and influence!

Thanks, Louis. We have fun!
@@kupferdulzian16 Yes!
Love it! Do you know the alternate tune (The Moody Chorale version)?
I am also familiar with "Diadem," which is played at the chapel also - and "Miles Lane," which is not in our hymnal.
CALL ME CRAZY..But I'm of the opinion you were channeling Mr. Swann in this hymn!!

Craig Williams, how would I go about obtaining the sheet music for this rendition and is it even available?
