Josh Middleton is a genius, one of the best metal musicians on the planet, god tier songwriter/guitarist and fantastic singer. Sylosis never misses and this album is perfect front to back, perfect mix of thrash and melodeath.

Check out his side project “passages”, it’s a compilation of songs he originally wrote for Sylosis, but didn’t release. Basically, it’s a slower, heavier, more melodic and upbeat version of Sylosis, with some of Joshs’ best clean singing.
