Don't know why every reviewer keep repeating that the design is conservative in a negative tone. Nothing wrong with a simple functional design. Everything doesn't need to have an attention seeking makeover.
What do you mean by saying that an analogue clock is conservative. What kind of clock do you wear on your arm ? One of those digital stupid ones ?. Analogue clocks haven't been so popular for many years, as they are today, in particular the more expensive selfwinding non quartz ones.
@@angelnikolov7479 the new belt systems are really good, and they don't consume oil. I daily driver on the Autobahn and after 15,000km only 300ml. Dsg7 DQ200 0AM was problematic, after 2013 they switched to 0CW which can last a set of clutches for 200,000km (a set costs 400-500€). A friend has the new 2.0TSI 190hp on the Karoq, 100,000km no problem on the chains.l, Volkswagen definitely learned from the past. But Honda and Toyota are more reliable.
Can anyone here tell me why all Indian version cars look so dull?, i mean this car just blew my head. The looks! The vw passat Indian version is quite round and bulgy in contrary to this outta the world beauty.
It is the biggest piece of shit! I've ever bought it will fall apart after a hundred thousand miles and if you take it in to get service it is very expensive it's $1,000 every time!
Really? my 2014 SE w,/roof 1.8 EA888 bought new now has 135,928 trouble free miles. I've owned 7 VW's including a 2011 GTI with DSG trans. Honda Pilot, Ford Windstar. Ford Explorer AWD a Toyota Celica. This is the only car owned that has had ZERO squeaks or rattles. On long out of state trips I have gotten over 40 mpg! Sorry about your bad experience I'm 64 and this Chattanooga Tennessee built car is by FAR the MOST reliable and LEAST trouble of ANY car I've owned. Just saying. Yes I maintain it well and use BG products. Original plugs and coils too. Rear brakes lasted 110,000 Miles. Just sayin....
My Chattanooga Tennessee built 2014 Passat SE w/roof bought new, 139, 643 trouble free miles. Rear main seal recall, Headlight adjustment recall, Takata airbag recall Zero squeaks or rattles. BG MOA, 44K, EPR every oil change. 3rd set of tires, Pirelli P7 Cinturano AS Plus II. Last set lasted 71,000 miles I've owned 7 VW'S 2 fords , Honda, Toyota.
