Mutated(?) Lieutenant who used to be a security guard in a facility.
Cassius was sent to this broke unit named Coast Guard "Fortress "Garrison".
He was tasked with making propaganda with the budget of 15 nolics and a mcdolands meal(that is like, canon i kid you not)
anyway, the dummies started attacking blah blah blah.
jupiter's ego got the best of him when cassius lured him with a melee fight (melee is jupiter's weakness)
safe to say how that went.
