- IoTD Redux is a remake of Claudine404's DvN related album "Dummies Vs Noobs, Irony Of The Dominion". Vowing to remake all the songs from scratch with more variation.
Composer's note: "The original draft of this song made him sound like a God lol. I had to tone down the choir and intensity to make it juuust right. I also wanted to add a bit of extra expression, it sounds mostly like his old theme but with some extra tweaking."

UNIT PROFILE: "Mercury"
Mercury was an engineer who got a lot of praise and prestigious rewards for being able to invent efficient vehicles and weaponry for The Dominion's experimental programs after the demise of Stronghold 5-5. As a gift, he was given and assigned a helicopter he could modify to his heart's content.
His helicopter had an AI machine gun system, alongside a smart and dynamic autopilot he programmed himself. However, he didn't know how to reproduce the auto-repair technology the Hermes helicopter had, instead having to reboot the HELLFIRE program manually alongside having the AI repair the missile launchers after destruction, sacrificing the automated aiming system and the helicopter's bulletproof shield to focus on missile repairs.
His helicopter also has a special "WARP" feature, using similar features to teleporters on a larger scale allowing him to teleport his Helicopter to different locations, given the right amount of accumulated auxiliary energy is available.
he is armed with an Aerorig as a safety precaution to prevent him from having the same fate as Hermes' pilot, however was never trained with it.
DETAILS - MERCURY'S HELICOPTER
A Lightly armored attack helicopter, a lot more agile alongside it's systems loaded onboard. Capable of self repairs and healing unless the missile launchers are destroyed.
WARP System, the WARP system is a teleporter-based system that is capable of sending the helicopter itself to different spaces. It's how Mercury got to Fortress Garrison without being detected minutes prior. The system is automated by an AI that Mercury can talk to as a way to occupy flight times in case the WARP system hasn't accumulated enough auxiliary energy for a teleportation.
AI automated Machine Gun, since Mercury has almost no experience with aiming mounted guns himself, he had engineered a software capable of doing it for him. The only con is he has to reload it himself.
HELLFIRE Missiles, the HELLFIRE is an experimental prototype missile system made by Mercury himself, it's an array of missile launchers capable of building and regenerating missiles without having to have physical missiles loaded onboard. It's an extension of the WARP system, which builds off teleportation technology and reconstruction systems.

It’s all fun and games until that helicopter sees hermes
isn't this game after all the bossed died (besides Ares because he killed S5-5)

I wonder if Hermes could still go against Mercury, Considering both are specifically aerial boss units.
This kind of question makes me wonder whose gun has higher damage between Hermes or Mercury on specific difficulty..

@@Jusu831I mean.. Considering Mercury himself has to repair the rocket pods since he couldn't copy the same auto repair function Hermes has, This could easily lead to a huge disadvantage since he'll be out of cover once both of the rocket pods die down.
i think Mercury's heli was based off of Hermes'.

Honestly It would be fire and a bit funny if you fought the Dummies you played as from DvN or Stronghold Team.
quick headcannon here but the epilogue chopper most likely killed the whole stronghold
