We completely understand your point of view and share it to a point. There are upsides and downsides to any location. Yes. You have to drive 2 miles to get to the grocery store, Walmart, Petsmart, etc but the areas that have the stores are more congested overall. So getting into and out of Margaritaville is easy right now. Eventually, the retail will be located outside the gates but for now, the trade off for less traffic is a short drive to shopping.
