Packing your orders

Once you've clicked that order button on the website, we spring into action!
It all starts with a notification on our phones that your order has been received (we say a little thank you for each ping on the phones 😊) and then haul ass to make sure all orders are checked, packaged with care and sent as quickly as we can.
As we're a small business, we do it all here and love every single shipment we send out so thank you all as ever!
We make a big effort to be eco friendly too, our boxes and paper packagin are recycleable and the mailing bags and green bubble wrap are biodegradeable too, even the packing peanuts we use are home compostable. We also recycle as much packaging from supplier shipments as we can so things like Japanese newspaper and their bubble wrap (which isn't biodegradeable but at least is being reused!) to do our bit for 🌍
