- THE NEWS is a famous well known Rock Lebanese band formed in mid 60s and active until late 70s.The created by 4 young Armenian - Lebanese young musicians were popular with their great songs and good music.The band popularity reached far beyond lebanon,Egypt,Syria ,Iraq and The Middle East.They had a live concert in London in 1971 together with another band (UFO).
I couldn't find and films or video for the band just few old rare photos to made this Video clip depending on that rare photos with their hit song " I Can't Love You "
thanks Hussain for this lovely song ,it is return me back to lovely days of Adimyia youth center in 1973. when we met there .

Wooow, thank you Hussain, beautiful songs and great band for the good old days and I wish to have all their songs which I used to have it on a cassette but I lost it long time ago.

Huss Hilli I have about 20 songs from them, but can't release them (only parts of the songs), I almost put this band together again around 2005 but it didn't happen unfortunately.

+HythamHammer Unfortunately they are not together now. About 10 years ago I tried to reunite them and we worked together about 4 years but the last year the lead guitarist changed his mind. They would have been bigger this time...Fame all over the world !!!

THE NEWS WERE FORMED IN 1968 IN BEIRUT. THEY HAD MANY CONCERTS IN LONDON IN 1971 & 1972 (TWO YEARS). THEY WERE POPULAR ALL OVER THE MIDDLE EAST, PARTS OF AFRICA, FRANCE & ENGLAND!
