Belichick’s legacy right now is that he could not win the big one without Brady. Even Kraft seemed to think so because he cut Bill from the team. Imagine what it would do for Billys reputation if he took a dysfunctional Jets team to the Super Bowl with an old QB everyone says is washed up. Bill has said that Aaron is a great quarterback, and the Jets have one of the best defenses around. They are after all, technically the only team Bill has ever been the head coach of that he did not take to the playoffs. ; ) ; )
Plus he would get the satisfaction of putting his foot so far up Krafts butt that no one will ever forget he forced Billy to step down before he was ready.
