How to handle rejection mails? or how can i ask them for keeping me in the radar for future jobs?

When you get a rejection email, try to reply to that email seeking additional feedback in a polite tone. Also, request them to save your CV and contact details for future jobs that might match your profile.
Yes, you can ask them to keep your data in their system for future jobs. Some of the companies also ask this in their rejection email to get a confirmation from you according to GDPR.
