Emma, birth control has cleared my acne soooo much! If that's something that could help stabilize your hormones too maybe you should talk to your OBGYN about it? ANYWAYS. Thanks for being so open and transparent about the reality of emotions and life. Seriously appreciate it!!
birth control does everything but balance your hormones. it masks your problem until when you stop it and your problem are back and worse.
I've been watching you for the past 3 years and now I can say I feel like I'm seeing the real Emma. It's reflecting in the way you talk, dress and the way you show yourself. This year has been really shit for all of us but I'm sure we're better now, and it will keep improving!

You’re so strong! I have also had the problem with the circular thoughts about eating and being thin for some time. When I got thinner this year, I was so thin that my body was no longer working properly. I never really talked about my inner problems, but the weight loss naturally made them noticeable. I’m still in the middle of the process, but you being so open about it really shows strength and helps a lot. Thanks for that!

Love that you opened up about this sensitive topic. Hope you will show more of this “real” side of you.😊 PS it was not the vegan diet that whacked your hormones. It’s the chronic stress and whacked metabolism (a stress barometer, look up Dr Jade Teta he has done tons of research and books about it) that affected it. Hope to help Emma. Also it looks like therapy is really helping you a lot, so happy that you are having improvements with your anxiety. huggg sis!

i use to have anorexia and haven’t had my period in 3 years. i’ve been eating normally and gained my weight back but it is still not back. how long did it take to get it back????

I struggled so much too. we're the same age. and I was like how does Emma eat like that and not get hungry. I wanna look like her. I eventually developed eating problems in grade 12 too. I was like 100 pounds a year later. I am better now and I never knew you were struggling too and we were going through it at the exact same time.
