My family calls them wish chips too!! My dad always told us we had to close our eyes, eat the whole chip in one bite without it breaking when we put it in our mouths and make a wish!! We still do this all the time!
Freeze the cut out cookie dough for a few minutes before baking them! That will help them keep their shape :)
