So many of these type guys live discreetly around the Srinagar city specifically the Uptown areas like Hyderpora,Bagat etc. But story seems same as depicted by the video ...the thing which I think was missing is the share of girls in the same societal issue. While there are good ones too but bad ones are dominant.
