    Ramp Cheddar Biscuits
    1 bu ramps
    2.5 cups self rising flour
    1/2 stick butter+ 1/2 stick
    1/2 block grate Old Noble Cave Aged cheddar
    1 tbsp season salt
    3/4 cup milk
    Add the flour and butter together until the first half of the butter is in small pieces. Add the cheese and salt and mix together. Clean and slice the ramp leaves. Thinly slice the bottoms and set aside. Mix the tops with the flour and form into 6-8 biscuits. Bake at 400 for 15-17 minutes.
    In a small bowl take remaining butter and ramps and combine together. Cut the biscuits in half and spread the mixed butter on each side. Serve hot, and as always please enjoy.
