Rescuer Based Unsupported Pickoff Evaluation

This is a Demo on the rescuer based unsupported pick off. This evaluation is a two person skill. Only one of the two stations must be completed to count as a passed evolution. The evaluation will be pass/fail for both members.

Mostly because of fiscal responsibility to our tax paying citizens. I promise our technicians would prefer some newer hardware, we just can't justify replacing something that is working well and still within it's normal working life.
