I wonder if one of those mandolin slices would work on the cabbage and carrots? Of course if it were me, I'd buy the Cole slaw mix in the salad section and a bag of shredded carrots. I'm lazy like that. Lol
LOL. The cole slaw mix I used to get was all the hard thick parts of the cabbages. I quit buying it. But I totally forgot my Mandolin. Thanks. I will use that from now on. What would I do without you? Love love. 💗❤️
Could you just leave them uncooked and free,e them and then fry them at a later time? I bet you could also make them in the air fryer right?
I tried that one time. It didn't turn out good. I froze them individually and the delicate wraps stuck to the wax paper. I fried them anyway. The frozen veggies went everywhere in the hot oil, popping around like popcorn. Oil got inside the egg roll. Did I throw them away? No. I did the best I could and ate more Tums. 😅❤

When you did the grocery hall and you had ingredients for eggrolls, I was hoping you would post an eggroll video. I was so excited to see this. These look delicious. I really like noodles in eggrolls. It's very hard to find egrolls with noodles.
