I’ve gotten in the habit of saying I get to rather than I have to and it’s a game changer. Like when I have a sink full of dishes and really don’t feel like doing them I would usually just say ugh I have to do the dishes but when I change that mindset and say I get to do the dishes I’m more likely to do them.
I am the same with my fitness routine. I need to enjoy. I usually try to incorporate cardio in routine. And then decide what toning. But to be honest I too need to incorporate pilates for stretching my body and core strength

Do you have to be really careful with pre workout and things when you’re anxious already? I’ve found stuff like that and energy drinks can make my anxiety way worse
When my hoodie does that, I just take out the string I always put things away right away 😌 Sometimes, it is constant because I have kids but they help and it allows us to live in a nice and clean space
