My long term goals are: 1) I just graduated from college and find a job in the career I love 2) get out of a toxic marriage 3) buy a beautiful home for me and my kids 4) go back to school and get my bachelors and masters degree 5) travel the world with my mom and kids because if it wasn’t for her help I wouldn’t have been able to finish school 😊

The darker mattes in the Retro Love palette work better when applied with a finger or foam applicator and then are blended out with a brush. They blend very easily, and stay put where you put them, but are fickle about brushes.
Hi, i just found your channel and I am IN LOVE with this look! I had the same problem with the blues and greens in the Retro Love palette. I just had to work a lot more to get it to stay lol. I love your videos btw, (I am a new subscriber who can't wait to watch more!)
When I opened my subculture palette 3 of the shadows completely fell of pan & turned to dust. I’ve never in my life experienced something like that. I was so disappointed. I’m definitely going to try retro love

OH MY! Loving this look even though I can't seem to pull off a green eyeshadow look! Life goals is I'm thinking about going to school for makeup so I can do like brides, proms, or whatever. Little late in the game because of alot of hardships that took my joy away from life but when I sit at my chair to do my makeup I don't think about the past and all the horrible stuff (if that makes sense). I actually can feel joy again. Makeup (and skin care) is were my passion is at! Anyways love your hair. Makes me want to get my hair cut (my hair is so long)!!
Carolina Torres depending on what state you're in make sure what liscense requires you to work with makeup. In Vegas, California you need a makeup liscense in order to work at Ulta, Sephora anywhere makeup. Where I live in Wisconsin you need a cosmotologists liscense or a estitician liscense. I have a makeup artist liscense and usually makeup schools go way more in depth then any other licences you learn all kinds of beauty makeup, can learn sfx and body painting, runway, editorial etc. It's definitely something to keep in mind more of what you want to learn. I'm currently trying to find a school to take classes to get my estitician liscenses.

Oh nice! When I lived in Vegas ik it was a for sure. Maybe only some places in Cali. But to do hair you need a cosmotologists liscense and then usually work 2 years or 3 years in your state to go to any other state and then take a test, same for any other kind of liscense. Even for makeup liscense and estitician, with that you learn more about skin care, so permanent makeup, lash extensions, facials. All that. Some schools now have makeup classes and go more in depth. Ik Paul Mitchell has added a program for makeup but idk how much you learn. Defiently lucky you live in LA though but it'll be very very competitive her in Wisconsin is dry af and super hard to find work for anything.. but good luck to you and I hope you find a school you like!

Carolina Torres you're welcome hun! Vancouver has a world renowed school. My mom chose the school I went to so that was frustrating. The school the is called Vancouver film school it's expensive but I think they have scholarships and deals for students. Other wise I believe LA has some pretty nice schools.

I moved from Cali to Texas and now with the change goes the career change to. From Health industry to Real Estate 🏡. The shadow shield under the retro love eye was a lot lower so there was a lot more fallout on you skin for that eye
