I think you missed a very important fact about Tlincali Hunter; you can cast his sorcery for just 2 mana, and then he can sit in exile until you have the 7 to pay for him. If he comes off the top early as an impulse draw, you can save him from permanent exile for just 2, and then once you can properly cast him later, he guarantees one free creature per turn. That's fantastic.
Thanks for the deck review, I appreciate it as always. So, first off, you made a miss assumption when you said there were other cheaper versions of the Savy Trader cost reduction. I am literally playing every version of that cost reduction in this deck. The other cost reduction effects are type specific rather than zone specific, which is a major issue in this deck because of how many types I have, so I have to take what I can get in that regard. and I want to have a density of that effect, even having to dip into the bad ones, so most of my cards just cost their colored pips. As for Minsc and Boo, he's a card I have a skewed view of because he is absolutely busted in the other format I play, Canadian Highlander, so he may actually be perfectly fair rather than one of the most powerful cards in the game in this deck, which is not how my brain cognizes that card.
