I boat those waters and my family doesn't need to be at risk because of irresponsable people. Your title imposes that you side with a person that is possibly intoxicated because if he did a breathalyzer test that would have been a quick and simple process to determine if he was impaired or not and the fact that he did do the test on land and still proceeded to be arrested proves that this so called professional that believes just because he has a better economic position than others he can do whatever he wants. You should be ashamed that you have that flag behind you while putting this crap up! You got your view and your comment, I guess your no different!
I am not supporting his actions. Drinking and drinking in any form should not be tolerated. This is drawing attention to his disposition. Chilled considering his actions. Again, I am 100% against Bui, Dui. AND as far as being ashamed of having a flag behind me. I am retired military 21.5 years. My father, my grandfather, son, and daughter were military. And faught in every war, including civil and revolutionary war. No, sir, I'm never ashamed. Best damn flag ever.
How does the title make you assume that he is siding with the boater? Please explain. The operator of the boat did follow and comply with all the officer’s verbal commands. He chose the word gentlemen because he wasn’t combative or verbally abusive. And busted is commonly used to describe being arrested. So what word in the title triggered you to verbally attack him. @@keysangler247 In my opinion calling a drunk navigating a boat or any piece of machinery where other lives are at risk a gentleman is stupid. The definition of gentleman other than act respectfully is to conduct himself to a high standard, this action is definitely not high standards. Using a title that imposes that a drunk is some kind of gentleman is misleading and can impose that acting gentlemanly while doing something against the law is OK as long as you act accordingly. Any kind of Drinking and driving is not a high standard and just because he is a Veteran it doesn't mean he is correct. I clicked on it because I believed by the title that this person was acting like a true gentleman and that the FWC was infringing on his rights which was NOT the situation. So I retain my position and would totally agree on the title if this person would have complied and accepted that he was under the influence instead of wasting those officers time and then acted entitled is icing on the cake of what a gentleman is NOT. I navigate those areas with my family and I see all the stupidness with these so called gentlemen putting other families at risk is not the example of a good citizen either so your welcome to disagree and I am intitled to my opinion.
