      ask agent to ask for 12 months paidment in advance is the best ,no matter how good credit of a tenants they can one day lose job or some problem and not paid

      @GTR-88-u8g sometimes people don't hv 12 months advance rent, and legally they only need to give deposit and 1st month rent to begin. People do register corporation to hv automated bank withdrawal through void cheque as an alternative
