My Special Cargo Warehouse(s) got raided twice using the Office/Garage AFK method this week, while I was absolutely NOT registered as a CEO. As soon as I came out of the screen (after a couple of hours AFK) I got the message 'Special Cargo Not Defended' and then a call from my Assistant saying sorry but they got half the stock. These "Stealth Raids" also happened to me when I was doing a series of races with other players - after coming out of the races into free mode, my cargo was jacked.
The fail-proof AFK method I’ve used for years on PS5: rubber band, zip tie, hair tie, etc. joystick to joystick (I set it up in front of my agency safe). You’ll run in circles and collect cash each time it pops up, as long as you do it right and don’t wander from the safe! Of course, plug your controller in!

@@Skagzi1la You’re not wrong. But just don’t do it too tightly. I like a zip tie because I can bind it pretty loosely, pinching the tie to flex it off of the sticks. But I also use an already-damaged controller. lol
In reference to ways to be AFK. If you do this for more than 30 minutes (I don’t know the exact threshold time), whenever you come back from AFK, do not go and try to check/collect from your Agency safe. If you do, your character will freeze at the safe door, unable to move. It was doing this to me under the old afk methods before the latest nerfing. This may lead to other continuing issues after you reset the game. My suggestion is to shut down the game completely before checking your agency safe if you’ve been AFK for any length of time more than say 30 minutes.
Car meet just hold you trigger down with elastic band in the parking area. I did try this last week and when I came back I was outside so maybe getting booted from there as well
@tgg what about AFK at the LS car meet test track? Enter the ls car meet, go to the back, find a car to test drive. Select solo test drive. Then when you load into the test track area where you then reverse your car until it brings up the menu to leave or stay. Then you just stay in that menu and youll get street credt AFK as well. Another thing worth mentioning is tying the analog sticks on your controller (required for method above). I used an old beater controller cuz it does cause stick wear, apparently. That being said, this allows me to AFK anywhere but i also choose LScarmeet cuz of this added rep bonus. Also, you can effectively double this process every 8 hours. If you set things up before bed, go to sleep thats 8 hours. Wake up before work/school, sell, setup again, go AFK, go to work/school for 8 hours, come back, sell. Rinse, repeat.
Thanks for the AFK guide. I'd stopped playing since they broke the security cameras. I often have to walk away for more than 15 minutes due to IRL stuff, and I got tired of being kicked all the time. I may get back into the game again.

Very minor correction, your warehouse techs can potentially source 4 crates (3 normal and 1 special), not 3. It's pretty rare but it has happened to me a few times.
If you're on PC, you can just use an autoclicker to go AFK. I usually just watch TV in the agency with the autoclicker running, haven't had any issues with that so far.
people are sleeping on the salvage yard passive, 24k is the 2nd best wallsafe in game after the nightclub and the value still stays high after 4 in game days.

You can just go AFK at the casino by not going fully in. You will go at the front door. When the game prompts you to go into a penthouse or into the casino, you will stay on that screen. It will not kick you out.

IMO I think the million dollar terminal is worth it since you can resupply all your business at once before going afk. You’ll definitely make your money back while you sleep.
Great video. You forgot to show the salvage yard safe though. One comment on the footage of the acid lab though - in the transition between delivery 3 and 4 you went the long way around when you just could have went straight-ahead - there is a jump you can take that will let you cut the canal and save you a lot of time :)

If you own all the businesses, its not that difficult to earn money. Playing lazy and straight (no afk), you can make up to 99k in safe income per GTA day doing nothing except the tow mission and night club bouncer mission every two GTA days.
my fav version on pc: bind a (or d) to right ctrl as a secondary key, and when afk, just put something heavy on the key. you´ll run in circles for hours without being kicked. only works if the game is the active tab tho.

For going AFK if on console using the rubber band method on the analog stick, there is a spot in the LS car meet where you can walk continuously to gain reputation points for LSCM. It’s at the clothing retailer, at the back of the truck between the truck and a cardboard box. Don’t forget to where a piece of LSCM clothing to double the points you earn
I went AFK for the first time last week by putting a rubber band on my controller so I was sneaking in a circle for 9 hours. I originally tried the car meet trick you mentioned in another video, but they patched that. Since it was my first time, I was worried about something going wrong like being kicked anyway, my internet going out, or even my computer catching on fire (I'm paranoid) When I woke up, I was still sneaking in a circle and my sneaking level maxed out. I had over half a million in my nightclub warehouse (With 200,000 in the safe) and with the help of my cocaine, acid, and meth companies, I made over a million in total. Since then, I have gotten my hands on the agency and the arcade, so I plan to do this again once I max those out. I'm a little worried about damaging my analog stick if I use the rubber band too often, so I'll try the casino trick next time. Thanks for this video. It's a good help.

That 20k from the agency every day is great👍🏻 I got over 10 mil from the missions, you can switch to an inv only and skip the cooldown entirely. Very easy to spam the missions to a million bucks, Just don’t do asset protection
Just popped in to talk about the Casino AFK (can’t do the other 2) but while it does work with the businesses it doesn’t work well with the safes. Just checked my game after a 6 hour shift at work and all my supplies were used for my businesses, but when I got up from the betting screen I got the notification about my safes they should’ve been full but it showed a notification for only one daily deposit and I went to check them to be sure it wasn’t a glitch and it wasn’t they had only one deposit. So casino works for business but it will not allow your safe to refill.
You only need to rebook a dj to get one square of popularity then it's as simple as going passive and back into the nightclub to get a refund +10k by ejecting a troublemaker and an extra square then during cool down visit your other businesses to empty safes etc and keep going back in passive for another square and another +10k before going afk
My character's favorite hobby used to be watching his DJ do the same 15 minute set for hours. After the latest patch he spends this time standing in the doorway of his office
Multiple things to note with these AFK methods. Your businesses do NOT build up while doing the casino AFK method. + the CEO office method will get you ghost raided if your warehouses are above the raid limit.. even if you’re in passive mode. Still have yet to find a solid AFK method that’s as good as the security camera method was.
You could also just go into an invite only, stay out of ceo/motorcycle club, get a ls car meet membership and just put a rubberband so you go in circles in the ls car meet near the exit so you don't bump into anybody and you will also level up your ls reputation

Iirc, there were some custom survival afk missions you can also do, but they require of a friend/second device to guarantee the mission starts automatically, and they can give as much as around 27k - 40k (can't remember the exact amounts) every 20 mins depending on how many players join. If they still work they are a good alternative in case you don't have properties, but have some friends.

Rebook DJs in your Arcade instead. Its faster. Also, just set spawn location to your different businesses and find new invite only session to quickly go through your daily routine.
One tip I have for people doing sale missions. It’s special cargo or air freight cargo, it’s definitely safest to just do it in a solo lobby. But those do reap bigger payouts and selling in full public lobbies gives you another 50% bonus so that’s an extra $1M if it’s a full warehouse worth $2M. If it’s any other business that doesn’t require you to grind for stock to sell, just test the waters with a small sale first, so sell only 1 resupplies worth of counterfeit cash, and see if how potential griefers react. If nobody cares and kill feed is generally inactive, maybe try selling bigger sales. Also on PC you can use all chat to see if people are chill or not, a lot of people understand the grind and if you warn them they might respect you. I usually only fill my bunker with 1 $75k resupply then sell, and I use that as a test to see if people will try to grief. If it’s quiet, I’ll gradually take bigger risks. People have been chill for me recently so good luck to you all
PS4 version test - I tested AFKing at the casino horse track and while my businesses used up their stock, my wall safes did not increase. I did 2 tests overnight, one for 9h 30m and one for 8h 40m. My wall safes either had $0 or just the first tier ($50,000 in my nightclub). I am testing with AFKing at my orbital cannon now. All tests done in an invite only session, and not registered as CEO or MC president.
i tested afking at the casino horse track on pc. my wall safes didnt increase either. it didnt even register as a new day when i went up to the casino wheel
UPDATE: The Facility Orbital Cannon did work for me on PS4. My safes update when AFK'ing using that method. I have been tracking in a spreadsheet for for just over a week now and my average AFK profit is just over $800k. For reference I do not sell all my businesses after every AFK break. It just depends on how much time I have. I usually just clear my safes if I am short on time. My safes I can leave for just over 7 hours and not quite be all the way full. The nightclub fills the fastest for me.
For PC, the best way to go AFK is to simply go inside any of your properties, start walking, and unplug your keyboard while holding W or S, that way you'll constantly be walking and so will never get kicked. Best to do this after backing yourself into a corner, then you won't even go anywhere.
Easier way of doing this: Just get one of the cheap controllers with a turbo button, aka the button that auto pushes a button for you. Usually they're like, 20 bucks.
Last time i checked you can go AFK while you're on your phone in your contacts list but i don't know if you have to be in a friends only session or if you can be in a public session i am not sure since i did that in a friends only session
Easier way to raise your nightclub. Popularity is to enter into passive mode as soon as you enter your nightclub and you’ll get the easy throwout mission instead of paying all that money
Let me really put you guys on, Bookmark the last setup mission from the Cluckin Bell Farm Raid "Disorganized Crime" and click on the last setup from the playlist. Make sure you confirm everything before launching the mission (Buy all ammo, Equip armor, and Confirm to launch mission). While in the mission, just complete it as fast as possible for time purposes. (doesn't affect the glitch tho) after you complete the last settup click the Continue button and once you load up drive to the V on the map and click the last mission when you stand on the yellow marker at the V. Keep in mind you would have to have done the mission at least once to do the mission again. This glitch lets you skip all the other settup missions except the last one . so in summery all you have to do is the last setup and then launch the mission, this give you 500k every 48 mins because the cool down, I'd recommend creating another character and do the Farm Raid on the second character that way you can do one and go to the other once you have em both set up thats 1m an hour
You can also change your DJ's on the Master Terminal in your Arcade but again you'll have to log off the Terminal and back on to see where your popularity is at.
For the office, if you dont have a garage, then you dont get the menu on entry. It just takes you directly to your office. You need at least 1 garage to get the menu.
I have a hangar, warehouse, counterfeit cash business, bunker, acid lab, and a nightclub. I usually play before work, buy all supplies and then leave it AFK while I work a 6-8 hour shift. Then I hop back on, sell everything, export the mixed goods from my CEO office and do the same with my ammo in my bunker. Then I buy supplies again and repeat. I always hit the casino for the wheel once a day too, if I win 15k chips I can turn that into 100k playing poker in about 15 mins
I think FOR ME this is perfect for when you’re chilling in the voice chat with the homies not doin nothin and you don’t feel like being on the controller, obviously every now amd then if you feel like it and can afford it you can just spend a night doing this
1:28 You don't need an office with garage, you can do it with your nightclub as it has at least two floors unlocked by default. Just walk into the garage door (important, since walking through the side door will just take you inside) and stay on the floor selection screen. It's a bit cheaper and you'll probably already have the nightclub if you're doing this, so it's better overall. Edit: This worked for me until march 24th for some reason, but I've been informed that it was patched a while ago. GTAV, I guess.

Whenever I do any of these methods for let’s say, 8 hours, the safe money doesn’t cap out like it should. I’ve gone afk for 12 hours straight one time using the casino method and when I got back, the nightclub safe only gained $100,000

I got two specials back to back for the same warehouse last night. Sold them both for $240,000.
Special crates are just a fantasy, I've never seen a single one in thousands of source attempts

One comment on the footage of the acid lab though - in the transition between delivery 3 and 4 you went the long way around when you just could have went straight-ahead - there is a jump you can take that will let you cut the canal and save you a lot of time :)

If you own all the businesses, its not that difficult to earn money. Playing lazy and straight (no afk), you can make up to 99k in safe income per GTA day doing nothing except the tow mission and night club bouncer mission every two GTA days.

Go into passive mode before entering the night club and you will only get a mission to throw somebody out...save the 10K
Plus when you throw them out you get 10K for it.
my fav version on pc: bind a (or d) to right ctrl as a secondary key, and when afk, just put something heavy on the key. you´ll run in circles for hours without being kicked. only works if the game is the active tab tho.

For going AFK if on console using the rubber band method on the analog stick, there is a spot in the LS car meet where you can walk continuously to gain reputation points for LSCM. It’s at the clothing retailer, at the back of the truck between the truck and a cardboard box. Don’t forget to where a piece of LSCM clothing to double the points you earn

I went AFK for the first time last week by putting a rubber band on my controller so I was sneaking in a circle for 9 hours. I originally tried the car meet trick you mentioned in another video, but they patched that.
Since it was my first time, I was worried about something going wrong like being kicked anyway, my internet going out, or even my computer catching on fire (I'm paranoid)
When I woke up, I was still sneaking in a circle and my sneaking level maxed out.
I had over half a million in my nightclub warehouse (With 200,000 in the safe) and with the help of my cocaine, acid, and meth companies, I made over a million in total.
Since then, I have gotten my hands on the agency and the arcade, so I plan to do this again once I max those out.
I'm a little worried about damaging my analog stick if I use the rubber band too often, so I'll try the casino trick next time.

That 20k from the agency every day is great👍🏻 I got over 10 mil from the missions, you can switch to an inv only and skip the cooldown entirely. Very easy to spam the missions to a million bucks, Just don’t do asset protection

CEO office entrance screen is easy and doesn't damage your controller
Just popped in to talk about the Casino AFK (can’t do the other 2) but while it does work with the businesses it doesn’t work well with the safes. Just checked my game after a 6 hour shift at work and all my supplies were used for my businesses, but when I got up from the betting screen I got the notification about my safes they should’ve been full but it showed a notification for only one daily deposit and I went to check them to be sure it wasn’t a glitch and it wasn’t they had only one deposit. So casino works for business but it will not allow your safe to refill.
You only need to rebook a dj to get one square of popularity then it's as simple as going passive and back into the nightclub to get a refund +10k by ejecting a troublemaker and an extra square then during cool down visit your other businesses to empty safes etc and keep going back in passive for another square and another +10k before going afk
This is why you keep your busted controllers

Multiple things to note with these AFK methods. Your businesses do NOT build up while doing the casino AFK method.
+ the CEO office method will get you ghost raided if your warehouses are above the raid limit.. even if you’re in passive mode.
Still have yet to find a solid AFK method that’s as good as the security camera method was.
You could also just go into an invite only, stay out of ceo/motorcycle club, get a ls car meet membership and just put a rubberband so you go in circles in the ls car meet near the exit so you don't bump into anybody and you will also level up your ls reputation

Iirc, there were some custom survival afk missions you can also do, but they require of a friend/second device to guarantee the mission starts automatically, and they can give as much as around 27k - 40k (can't remember the exact amounts) every 20 mins depending on how many players join.
If they still work they are a good alternative in case you don't have properties, but have some friends.

Rebook DJs in your Arcade instead. Its faster. Also, just set spawn location to your different businesses and find new invite only session to quickly go through your daily routine.
Rebook dj in gamehall will also not trigger cutscene and you can reatock all other businesses, i know on mc you may risk to get raided
7:50 when selling calling Lester to go off the radar will hide your blip not the blip of the cargo therefore keeping you on the radar.
One tip I have for people doing sale missions. It’s special cargo or air freight cargo, it’s definitely safest to just do it in a solo lobby. But those do reap bigger payouts and selling in full public lobbies gives you another 50% bonus so that’s an extra $1M if it’s a full warehouse worth $2M. If it’s any other business that doesn’t require you to grind for stock to sell, just test the waters with a small sale first, so sell only 1 resupplies worth of counterfeit cash, and see if how potential griefers react. If nobody cares and kill feed is generally inactive, maybe try selling bigger sales. Also on PC you can use all chat to see if people are chill or not, a lot of people understand the grind and if you warn them they might respect you. I usually only fill my bunker with 1 $75k resupply then sell, and I use that as a test to see if people will try to grief. If it’s quiet, I’ll gradually take bigger risks. People have been chill for me recently so good luck to you all
PS4 version test - I tested AFKing at the casino horse track and while my businesses used up their stock, my wall safes did not increase. I did 2 tests overnight, one for 9h 30m and one for 8h 40m. My wall safes either had $0 or just the first tier ($50,000 in my nightclub). I am testing with AFKing at my orbital cannon now. All tests done in an invite only session, and not registered as CEO or MC president.
i tested afking at the casino horse track on pc. my wall safes didnt increase either. it didnt even register as a new day when i went up to the casino wheel
UPDATE: The Facility Orbital Cannon did work for me on PS4. My safes update when AFK'ing using that method. I have been tracking in a spreadsheet for for just over a week now and my average AFK profit is just over $800k. For reference I do not sell all my businesses after every AFK break. It just depends on how much time I have. I usually just clear my safes if I am short on time. My safes I can leave for just over 7 hours and not quite be all the way full. The nightclub fills the fastest for me.

For PC, the best way to go AFK is to simply go inside any of your properties, start walking, and unplug your keyboard while holding W or S, that way you'll constantly be walking and so will never get kicked. Best to do this after backing yourself into a corner, then you won't even go anywhere.
Easier way of doing this: Just get one of the cheap controllers with a turbo button, aka the button that auto pushes a button for you. Usually they're like, 20 bucks.
Or a lackey band around your right stick so looks around in circles 😮

Easier way to raise your nightclub. Popularity is to enter into passive mode as soon as you enter your nightclub and you’ll get the easy throwout mission instead of paying all that money

Let me really put you guys on, Bookmark the last setup mission from the Cluckin Bell Farm Raid "Disorganized Crime" and click on the last setup from the playlist. Make sure you confirm everything before launching the mission (Buy all ammo, Equip armor, and Confirm to launch mission). While in the mission, just complete it as fast as possible for time purposes. (doesn't affect the glitch tho) after you complete the last settup click the Continue button and once you load up drive to the V on the map and click the last mission when you stand on the yellow marker at the V. Keep in mind you would have to have done the mission at least once to do the mission again. This glitch lets you skip all the other settup missions except the last one . so in summery all you have to do is the last setup and then launch the mission, this give you 500k every 48 mins because the cool down, I'd recommend creating another character and do the Farm Raid on the second character that way you can do one and go to the other once you have em both set up thats 1m an hour

You can also change your DJ's on the Master Terminal in your Arcade but again you'll have to log off the Terminal and back on to see where your popularity is at.
For the office, if you dont have a garage, then you dont get the menu on entry. It just takes you directly to your office. You need at least 1 garage to get the menu.
I have a hangar, warehouse, counterfeit cash business, bunker, acid lab, and a nightclub. I usually play before work, buy all supplies and then leave it AFK while I work a 6-8 hour shift. Then I hop back on, sell everything, export the mixed goods from my CEO office and do the same with my ammo in my bunker. Then I buy supplies again and repeat. I always hit the casino for the wheel once a day too, if I win 15k chips I can turn that into 100k playing poker in about 15 mins
I think FOR ME this is perfect for when you’re chilling in the voice chat with the homies not doin nothin and you don’t feel like being on the controller, obviously every now amd then if you feel like it and can afford it you can just spend a night doing this
1:28 You don't need an office with garage, you can do it with your nightclub as it has at least two floors unlocked by default. Just walk into the garage door (important, since walking through the side door will just take you inside) and stay on the floor selection screen. It's a bit cheaper and you'll probably already have the nightclub if you're doing this, so it's better overall.
Edit: This worked for me until march 24th for some reason, but I've been informed that it was patched a while ago. GTAV, I guess.

I usually always use the Car Meet test trice feature, lots like the office garage but also free as well.
I think sitting on the robbery prep 'screen' at the salvage yard let's you become afk. Can't confirm yet, but I recall sitting there longer than usual and never getting kicked.

Whenever I do any of these methods for let’s say, 8 hours, the safe money doesn’t cap out like it should. I’ve gone afk for 12 hours straight one time using the casino method and when I got back, the nightclub safe only gained $100,000
Also if you set your controller down where you’re running in front of of the nightclub safe, you’ll make at least double the amount it can hold
Office method works with apartments too. Just need 2 apartments at same location
