I always loved watching Bobby Darin and Petula Clark sing together because they had a lot of fun and that was the name of the game, FUN and ENTERTAINMENT... Bobby is the greatest entertainer of them all in my opinion... RIP BOBBY DARIN U R MISSED & LOVED
I have to agree with you Edith, Bobby is and was the greatest entertainer of all..saw him perform at the Cave in Vancouver back in the 60s and he could do it all.. impressions, played about 5 different instruments, acted out funny scenes and skits, sang imagined scenes to Doctor Doolittle, Beverly Hillbillies, Bonanza, the Rifleman; and THAT voice and dancing..from Splish Splash and Mack the Knife to romantic ballads like The Sweetheart Tree.. the total package !!
She was a child star in the UK and he was good in his brief Hollywood work so could have worked. They wouldn't have needed Marni Nixon to dub Pets singing either
Tiny Petula makes Bobby look tall. They were great, together and solo. The decade of the '60s had a lot going for it, even through its tough issues. Bobby, rest his soul, and Petula-- still going strong, thank Heaven!-- are beautiful examples of that 🎶🐦♥️ Thank you for sharing this with us 👏🙂

I saw Bobby perform with George Burns at the Sahara Hotel, 1960. Both were fabulous and so much fun! Love Bobby's singing.
