I was travelling around , working various jobs and at one stage I was living in a caravan in the Yarra Ranges. The first night I was there the van started to shake violently. Next day I asked the other blokes if they had felt the earth tremor. They said no. This happened first a few nights and I thought that the other guys were taking the piss.the Next time it happened I raced out with a torch. No one around. I was about to go back in when the van started to shake again. Looking underneath I noticed a wombat happily scratching his butt on the axle.from Mick.D.
I will happily watch spiders crawling about my house. They will strip your house of flies, silverfish, earwigs, slugs and snails, cockroaches... they protect! I had a pet spider which patrolled my house, up and over across the wall, and scuttled around the skirting board and another who nested in my bathroom, behind the toilet... In Australia, every spider I see is ... an ex-spider... it will cease to be. I don't pack a spider identification chart.
If you're going to encounter a critter, you're going to encounter one. Lived and worked in quite a few places around the world, but this time I was in Thailand, in a town, less than 1km from the beach, stood in the open doorway of a bar, when something brushed against my foot. I was wearing flip flops at the time. It was a bit breezy so I thought it might have been a bit of rubbish. Looked down, bright green snake, sliding over and around my foot, into the bar. 'Snake!' Cue all the Thai bar staff, and patrons, immediately play the volcano game, where the floor is red hot lava, in a standing in place olympic high jump competition style, to get as far from the floor as possible. Except for Irish Mickey, pissed out of his gourd, who in slurred speech says 'I'll get it' and staggers towards the snake which was headed behind the bar at this point. Took four people to wrestle him away and out of the bar. So yeah, critters. They'll find you in the most unlikeliest of places.
the jetwash shower i could see if he was travelling for an appointment and probably just realised wouldnt have enough time to go to his hotel or just wasnt getting a hotel 27:40 the shark isnt the thing you worry about, its the minute box jellyfish or the bleeping stonefish
The best thing to do with boots, especially if you’re in or around Sydney is to throw your boots away from you, just a few feet in front of you. Anything that’s in there will run out and you’re not holding the boots when it happens. You definitely do not want to be holding your boots if a funnel web spider comes running out. It’s rare, but something we’re aware of in this part of Aus. I’ve never seen one in the 23 years I’ve lived here, but I still treat my winter boots like they might have one in them.
I lived in Duffy's Forest (near Ku-ring-gai national park) and I dealt with them on a daily basis. They got in the horse's rugs, the firewood, in the bed, shoes everywhere. In winter when you'd throw a log into the fire, they'd run out across the floor. At night we'd just push our socks into the top of our boots to stop them getting in. Still make sure to give them a bash before putting them on in the morning. It's amazing what you can get used too 😂
The Big Mac fight are Pacific Islanders maybe the Aussie guy said something racist to them in the restaurant. Pacific Islanders are Tongan, Samoan, Maori people.
The really big kangaroos are over 6 feet tall, have huge muscles, and are males. Called Boomers. They can kill you very easily. Mature kangaroos are cute but can be cantankerous.
Australians like to make a big deal about the wildlife, but none of our Aussie animals actually hunt people, except maybe the crocs. American wildlife is scarier. Bears and Cougars that will hunt, kill and eat you.
One place I visit at night in connection with my job and there's a possum who lets out a blood curdling scream until I leave an apple or pear or a thick slice of water melon or grapes at the base of the tree he/she is in. I thought Daniel being in construction would love the nail gun story.
You guys need to look up Roger the Alpha Male Kangaroo 🦘 from the Alice Springs Kangaroo Sanctuary. Roger was more ripped than Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime! Roger had muscles on muscles and would crush metal buckets!
You may want to react to Gunshot in Far North Queensland. It's extreme 4 wheel driving for common folk with a sense of adventure. It's crazy! Thanks for this vid. It was fun
with all the dangerous things we have, the only things you'll really deal with here are flies and mozzies, those 2 things are pretty much only thing that stop us doing things lol
why so scared of our wild life ? it is like you think there will be a kangaroo waiting at the air port just for you to beat you up, common rule don't mess with things and they won't mess with you.
The big spiders indoors are Huntsman spiders. Very docile and harmless. Eat a lot of household pests like silverfish. We love 'em.
Unless you live in Queensland, you get the tarantulas 😂 big fluffy friends

The difference between Aussies and other countries is our first instinct isn't to kill things, just love and let live.
All native snakes are protected in Australia. That is why snake catching is a full time job here.
You guys really need to see Bush Mechanics!
Second that. They won't believe it!
They were great weren’t they, bloody genius’s
@@Bri_g3 Available on YT to watch too.
🤣🤣
Not sure if you could tell, but the guys in the boat with the shark scoping them out were shitting their pants.... Australian style 😅😅
Being in a tent is much safer in Aus than in USA. At least nothing here will eat you(as long as you stay out of the water)
The bird opening the bottle is from New Zealand
Do not do that to a cassowary, they have no chill and can kick your guts out through your nexk

I heard that one person at that MacDonald's fight got kicked in the McNuggets 😢
I "think" that lizard is a Perentie Lizard, upto 3 meters long and 88LB!
I know them by the name of “bung arrow” they’re ferocious so don’t tangle with them.
It was a Lace Monitor.

America has Sasquatch - Australia got YOWIE! .
Hahaahahaha I live one block away from where the nail gun fight happened. Plenty of cracktivities going on around here all the time.
You guys worried about kangaroos when camping, yet you have bears....
The Coke cans were so good. They had peoples names etc..my son is called boofhead by my dad so he has heaps of those cans with boofhead written on it
I don't think they know what boofhead means

the guy at the car wash was going for a job interview & was very cold weather, haven't heard if he got the job or not but I hope so
That driver took it so well!

We have a native white-tail rat. Big lizard is a goanna. She was in the charity bin, helping herself.

The scariest one's are people. We're all pretty easy going and not likely to hoot you.

The mod attacking the car, was caused by an accident, then got out of hand.
Some of the big red kangaroos out west are huge and there's millions of them along with emus

Old mate at the carwash has been out on the nest.

There is a large misconception on the amount of snakes in Australia.I have only seen one this year!!
Everything down under wants to kill you, bro's 😂😂
Not Quokkas.
The bush isn't bad. Just follow any instructions on signs and advice given by locals. Don't be scared to travel.
that crossing is a main road, common in topend
with all the dangerous things we have, the only things you'll really deal with here are flies and mozzies, those 2 things are pretty much only thing that stop us doing things lol
Dinner and a show😂
The one with no audio where kids pudding thumb tax in nerve guns
Nope ropes dont bother me... spiders on the other hand......
Don’t worry.. ropes aren’t much of a problem here 😂
I love both. Even after being bitten by a snake.
That would have cost him six dollars he should have gone to a second instead
Jet wash guy was late for a wedding... don't remember if it was his or his friends 🤔
It was a white tailed rat from FNQ
A lot of this vlog relates to bogans in the country or in the Northern Territory plus about 5 years ago. Not in the city.
9 out of 10 people won't encounter any wildlife. *sigh*
why so scared of our wild life ? it is like you think there will be a kangaroo waiting at the air port just for you to beat you up, common rule don't mess with things and they won't mess with you.
